Abstract
The efficiency of the agents of the Imamate organization is one of the important and essential factors for the realization of the goals of the Infallible Imams, peace be upon them, which is always the focus of thinkers in this area. The monotheistic view of the infallible imams (peace be upon them) required the structure of society management and its essential role in the formation of society's behavior and the material and spiritual fate of the people; Indicators should be considered in the selection and employment of human resources. This article deals with two indicators of economic and political health in a descriptive and analytical way from the perspective of the lives of the infallible imams, peace be upon them. The result of this mapping is that by considering the indicators of anti-corruption, trustworthiness, outsourcing, avoidance of worldliness, popularism, insight and political influence, it is possible to select efficient human resources of the Islamic administrative system
