Prediction of marital satisfaction based on Islamic lifestyle and spiritual health in married employees of Bushehr University of Medical Sciences

Abstract
Purpose: What causes marriage to continue is marital satisfaction; Therefore, the purpose of this research is to predict marital satisfaction based on Islamic lifestyle and spiritual health in married employees of Bushehr University of Medical Sciences.
Materials and methods: The present research was a descriptive-correlational study that was conducted in 1402 in Bushehr city. The statistical population of the present study was the married employees of Bushehr University of Medical Sciences, and the sampling method in this study was available sampling. In the present study, the sample size was 90 (45 men and 45 women). In order to collect data, three Enrich marital satisfaction questionnaires, Islamic lifestyle questionnaire and spiritual health questionnaire were used.
Findings: The results showed that Islamic lifestyle and spiritual health are correlated with marital satisfaction. It was also found that Islamic lifestyle and spiritual health predict 57% of changes in life expectancy.
Conclusion: The findings of the present study indicate that by providing suitable grounds to strengthen the Islamic lifestyle and spiritual health in married people, marital satisfaction can be improved.
