The role of Resilience and Gratitude in predicting the Psychological Health of Mothers of Students with Special Learning Disabilities

Abstract
Purpose: It is necessary and necessary to investigate the effective factors in improving the psychological health of mothers of students with special learning disabilities, so the present study was conducted with the aim of determining the role of resilience and gratitude in the psychological health of mothers of students with special learning disabilities.
Materials and Methods: The present research method was descriptive-correlation. The research community included all the mothers of students with special learning disabilities in the two Shahr districts of Baharestan in the academic year 2022-2023. 120 people were selected from among the eligible people by available sampling method and according to the resilience questionnaires of Connor and Davidson (2003), Gratitude Guderzi et al. (2013) and psychological health Najarian and Davoudi (2001) answered. To analyze the data, Pearson's correlation test and multiple regression were used with SPSS version 24 software.
Result: The results showed that there is a correlation between resilience (r=0.57), moral gratitude (r=0.58), inner gratitude (r=0.63), verbal gratitude (r=0.41) and gratitude (r=0.68). There is a significant negative relationship with psychological health (r=-0/0) (p<0.01).
Conclusion: Promoting resilience and gratitude in mothers of students with special learning disabilities can create a basis for improving their psychological health.
