Purpose: The volunteering and providing services to society system 
is one of the phenomena of the contemporary world, and volunteers 
people are a valuable set of human resources of various 
organizations, including sports organizations. Therefore, the aim of 
this study was to identifying the effective and influential factors of 
future study of volunteering system of university sports in the 
horizon of 1410.
Materials and Methods: This study in terms of purpose was 
applied and in terms of implementation method was descriptive 
from type of future study. The research population was experts in 
the field of volunteering system of university sports of the country, 
which number of 14 people of them were selected as a sample based 
on the inclusion criteria with the purposive sampling method. In this 
study, in order to identifying the effective factors of future study of 
volunteering system of university sports were used from the asking 
opinion of experts, and to identifying the influential factors of future 
study of volunteering system of university sports were used from the 
investigation of mutual effects of factors by experts. In the present 
study, the content validity with using the Lawshe method was 
calculated 0.54 and its reliability with using the halving method was 
calculated 0.84. For data analysis were used from the structural 
analysis and direct and indirect effects matrix in MICMAC 
software.
Findings: The findings showed that for future study of volunteering 
system of university sports in the horizon of 1410 were identified 26 
factors. Also, recognizing the educational needs of volunteers, 
paying attention to individual and cultural differences, recruiting 
and employing efficient volunteers, promoting citizenship culture 
and electronic system and related apps for recruiting volunteers 
were among the most important effective factors and formulating 
cultural plans in recruiting volunteers, strengthening the motivation 
of students to join the volunteering system, technical, interpersonal 
and general qualifications of volunteers, shaping of political 
personality and the development of political participation of 
volunteer forces and alignment of volunteers with the country's 
sports policy were among the most important influential factors in 
the future study of volunteering system of university sports in the 
horizon of 1410.
Conclusion: Specialists and planners of the country's university 
sports system to improve the state of the volunteering system of 
country's university sports can provide the ground for the 
implementation of the effective factors in order to observe their 
impact on the influential factors
