Abstract
Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the impact
of insurance factors, political factors and health system
networking on the success of privatization with emphasis on
the mediating role of strategic leadership and training and
empowerment.
Materials and Methods: This is an applied research. The
statistical population will be a small number of managers and
deputies of private hospitals in Tehran. According to the
information obtained, there are about 56 private hospitals in
Tehran and the total number of the statistical population is 743
people. Therefore, 253 managers and deputies of private
hospitals in Tehran were selected as the research sample.
Findings: The research findings showed that all values of
factor loads were greater than 0.5 and also the calculated
values of t for each of the factor loads of each indicator with
its hidden structure or variable is above 1.96 (significance
level is lower). Is from 0.05). The value of the second root of
the explained mean variance index, for all variables, is the
correlation of that variable with other variables.
Conclusion: The public sector has always been the subject of
many criticisms such as inefficiency, excessive administrative
formalities, inflexibility, poor performance and
accountability. One of the important features of economic
liberalization programs in recent decades is the privatization
of the health system. Among the goals of privatization policies
are the desire to increase government revenues, improve
economic efficiency, and reduce government intervention in
the economy.
