تأثیر زوج درمانی هیجان مدار بر بخشودگی، خودتنظیمی هیجانی و دلزدگی زناشویی زوجین متقاضی طلاق مراجعه کننده به اورژانس های اجتماعی خانواده

چکیده
هدف: هدف این مطالعه مقایسه تأثیر زوج‌درمانی هیجان‌مدار بر بخشودگی، خودتنظیمی هیجانی و دلزدگی زناشویی زوجین متقاضی طلاق مراجعه‌کننده به اورژانس‌های اجتماعی خانواده بوده است.
مواد و روش‌ها: با توجه به ماهیت موضوع و اهداف پژوهش، این تحقیق به‌صورت نیمه‌تجربی و با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون به یک گروه آزمایشی (زوج‌درمانی هیجان‌محور) و یک گروه گواه انجام شد. جامعه تحقیق حاضر را کلیه زوج‌های مراجعه‌کننده به اورژانس‌های اجتماعی خانواده تهران تشکیل می‌دادند. روش نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند و با در نظر گرفتن شرایط ورود به مطالعه انجام شد. 30 نفر از زوجین مراجعه‌کننده در دو گروه قرار گرفتند. گروه اول تحت زوج‌درمانی هیجان‌محور و گروه دوم گواه بودند. ابزار پژوهش شامل مقیاس بخشودگی بین فردی (IFI-25)، پرسش‎نامه تنظیم هیجان شناختی گرنفسکی و همکاران (2001) و مقیاس دلزدگی زناشویی پاینز (1996) بوده است.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که زوج‌درمانی هیجان‌مدار بر دلزدگی زناشویی زوجین متقاضی طلاق مراجعه‌کننده به اورژانس‌های اجتماعی خانواده تأثیر مثبت دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که زوج‌درمانی هیجان‌مدار بر بخشودگی، خودتنظیمی هیجانی و دلزدگی زوجین متقاضی طلاق مراجعه‌کننده به اورژانس‌های اجتماعی خانواده تأثیر مثبت دارد.
