Comparing the Effectiveness of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Therapy Based on Schema Mentality in Spirituality and Conflict Resolution Styles in Working Women

Abstract
Purpose: Purpose: The purpose of this research was to compare the effectiveness of acceptance and commitment-based therapy (ACT) and schema-based therapy in spirituality and conflict resolution styles in working women.

Materials and methods: In terms of research design, this research was a semi-experimental type of pre-test and post-test with a control group. The statistical population includes 45 women working in the companies of Iran Khodro Industrial Group in 1400, who were purposefully divided into three control groups (15 people), an experiment based on schema mentality (15 people) and therapy based on acceptance and commitment (15 people). were placed People answered the research questionnaires (spirituality and conflict resolution styles). In this research, the multivariate analysis of variance test was used in terms of the assumptions of the use of parametric tests and the analysis of variance test with a mixed design.

Findings: The findings showed that the interaction effect for integrated conflict resolution styles (P = 0.002, 2 = 0.180), avoidance style (2 = 0.200, 0.001 = P, F = 5.24), dominant style (P = 0.221, P = 0.001, F = 5.97), compromise style (P = 0.24, P = 0.002, 68 F = 4/4) and required style (2  = 0.158, P = 0.006, F = 3.95) is significant at the 0.01 level.

Conclusion: The results showed that the implementation of therapy based on acceptance and commitment and therapy based on schema mentality, spirituality and conflict resolution styles have an effect on working women.
