Purpose: The present study aimed to model the structural equations of the factors affecting the styles and values and components of the circular structure of Schwartz values.
Materials and Methods: The present study was an exploratory type in terms of applied purpose and in terms of data collection method. The statistical population in the qualitative part of the study included 20 academic experts who were selected in a non-discriminatory (targeted) way. The second group of the statistical population of this study in the quantitative part included the managers and employees of the Social Security Organization of Golestan Province with 518 people who were selected as the sample size using Krejcie and Morgan table. The sampling method in this study was simple random. The instrument in the qualitative part of the present study was semi-in-depth interviews and in the quantitative part was a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity and reliability of both instruments were evaluated and confirmed. The method of data analysis at the inferential level was the use of tests such as correlation coefficient and one-sample t-test.
Findigs: The results showed that the components of entrepreneurial social capital were in good condition.
Conclusion: The results of assessing the current situation of the dimensions and components of entrepreneurial social capital showed that social cohesion, social interaction and trust, social participation, social norm and the structure of social relations are above average and are at an appropriate level.
