Designing Model for the Internationalization of Iran's Higher Education (Case Study: One of the University Payam-E-Nour Branch’s in Georgia)

Abstract
Purpose: Introduction: Today internationalization has become one of the main concerns of the top universities across the world, because internationalization is a highway for making higher quality, branding, incoming, and academic credibility for them. Considering these conditions, the present study aims to design a conceptual framework of the internationalization of Iran's Higher Education in One of the university payam-E- nour branch’s in Georgia.
Materials and Methods: The research method in terms of purpose and nature of the data is practical and qualitative respectively. The participants were 15 Iranian and foreign administrators and students whose studying at international universities purposeful and snowball sampling continued to theoretical saturation. The research tool was interview which was analyzed through Data Analysis Method in three stages of Open Coding, Axial Coding and Selective Coding.
Finding: The main findings indicated that the total number of data was 10 that 47 indicators were extracted among them based on the opinion of professors and experts, and the model of internationalization of  Iran's higher education in one of the university payam-E- nour branch’s in Georgia designed based on it.
Conclusion: The designed model includes Political, Financial infrastructure, Equipment and Facilities, Universities, Organizational, International Relations, Educational and Training, Administrative, Support and Services, Socio-Cultural and Economic components that affect the internationalization of Iran's higher education.
