The Family and its Impact on the Developmental Process of Preventing Child Delinquency in Cyberspace

Abstract
The purpose of this study is the role and impact of the family in the growing social prevention of juvenile delinquency in cyberspace. With the development of communication in cyberspace and, consequently, new and emerging crimes have occurred that all these crimes originate directly from cyberspace. Therefore, in order to overcome the problems caused by delinquency and child victimization in cyberspace, it is necessary to turn to various types of prevention, including developmental prevention for children and adolescents. Although criminal prevention has been practiced for many years, the results suggest that punishment is not enough as the only anticipated solution and we should seek other preventive measures. Location-oriented prevention and developmental prevention are among the more useful strategies to prevent and reduce juvenile delinquency in cyberspace. Among other things, the family has a key role to play in preventing the development of juvenile delinquency in cyberspace. The results also indicate that educating families and acquaintances with cyberspace and its consequences, regulating the privacy of the child, the use of filter breakers in various means of mass communication through cyberspace can prevent child delinquency in cyberspace and eliminate All these roles of the family to prevent crime in cyberspace are much more prominent than other institutions.
