Abstract
Purpose: This study was conducted with the aim of designing and fitting a model of psychological empowerment of teachers based on the document of fundamental change.
Materials and Methods: The main orientation of applied research and in terms of descriptive nature and quantitative research method with a deductive descriptive approach is a correlation based on structural equations that has been done by a researcher. The statistical population of the study of education teachers in West Azerbaijan province in 1300-1400 is 37,000 people in 22 educational districts and two districts. Is.
Findings: This study proposed a new cover pattern to improve teacher performance. Fit indicators are desirable, so the results can be generalized to the whole statistical population. The results showed that the themes arising from the document of fundamental change are an effective cover for the realization of psychological empowerment of teachers and the model of psychological empowerment of teachers based on the document of fundamental change includes 10 themes and 66 basic codes.
Conclusion: While confirming the previous models, the research findings provided a new starting point for empowerment with new themes and opened new windows of the concept of psychological empowerment in the field of education.
