Abstract
The general purpose of this study is to provide a competency model with a successor approach in the banking industry. This research was conducted using the data method of the foundation and interviewing 15 experts in the field of providing a competency model with a succession approach in the banking industry among professors and experts in the banking system. Open, axial and selective coding methods were used to analyze the data. The present study is an applied research based on purpose, and since it tries to provide a model on the subject, it is an exploratory research. The statistical population of the present study includes experts and in other words, key experts in the field of competency model with a successor approach in the banking industry who have expertise and knowledge in relation to public administration. In this section, 15 experts were purposefully and non-randomly selected or snowball method as a sample of research experts. Findings show: 1- In the study of competency dimensions with the successor approach in the banking industry, 619 codes were obtained, which in the next stage, 8 components were counted after the selected codes, and finally these components were classified in 6 dimensions and in Finally, the 6 main dimensions (executive, personal, technical, communication, professional and leadership competencies) were placed in the form of six dimensions of the competency model with a succession approach in the banking industry.
