Explaining the Attitude and Practical Commitment of Education Staff Towards Prayer: The Main Component of Islamic Lifestyle (Case Study: Hormozgan Province)

Abstract
As regarding, prayer is One of the greatest islamic obligation and the supreme duty of Islam, the goal of present research is Analysis of attitude and Adherence of  Education staff of Hormozgan state into the prayer. This research is applied and the method of that is Descriptive – survey. Population of this research included 1500  staff ( man & woman, Official, Agreements and Contractual ) of Hormozgan state that based on the formula and 142 staff selected as sample by Random – Cluster. The tools of Collection data are Standard questionnaire of Attitude and Adherence to the prayer that Validity of this Derived 0.88 by the method  ofCronbach's alpha coefficient. The results of research shows that Average of Attitude and Adherence of staff in each of the Components of the effectiveness Prayer in Individual and social life , And act according to the desirable, Commitment and serious dedication to do prayer and Care, and the presence of heart in prayer is Higher than average that shows Attitude and good Adherence of staff of education than the prayer. Also Other results of the study show No difference in attitude and Adherence to prayer by age , sex , Education, Years of Experience and level of fee. Significant difference of attitude and Adherence of staff According to Marriage is another Results of research.
