Abstract
Taysir in Sharia law is one of the concepts and terms that show the
grace and kindness of God towards his servants. According to this
concept, Almighty God has tried to establish laws in connection
with rulings and acts of worship, which are lower than the ability of
believers. This means that the main purpose of fulfilling Sharia rules
and laws is to bring the servants to spiritual prosperity and moral
growth, and excessive strictness cannot achieve such a goal. In the
current research, which was compiled based on library sources and
the descriptive-analytical method, the ethical dimensions of the
concept of "Tisir" are represented in order to answer the main
question that what is the main moral discourse that is realized by
understanding the various angles of Tisir? It seems that the concept
of Taysir, apart from having a religious and jurisprudential function,
promotes the moral discourse of "tolerance" and "tolerance" in the
Islamic society and indirectly tells the audience that in
communicating with others, it is unnecessary strictness and attention
Just stay away from their desires and act with ease so that human
bonds are strengthened. Just as God made the divine commands easy
so that the servants would not suffer hardships. In sum, two moral
discourses are hidden in the heart of the concept of Tisir, which are:
"facilitation and tolerance" and "giving up one's right for the benefit
of another"
