purpose: Considering the long-term consequences of job
incompatibility and the importance of work engagement and
spirituality in the performance of human resources, the present
study was conducted with the aim of investigating the role of
work engagement and spirituality in predicting job
compatibility of female primary school teachers.
Materials and Methods: The current research was descriptiveanalytical. The population of the current research was all the
female elementary school teachers of Do Baharestan district in
the academic year of 2022-2023, based on the Morgan table,
270 people were selected by available sampling method, and
according to the questionnaires of Salvanava et al.'s (2001),
spiritual attitude of Shahidi and Farajnia ( 1391) and the job
compatibility of Porkebirian (1386). Data analysis was done
with Pearson correlation test and multiple regression using
SPSS version 22 software.
Results: The results showed that there was a direct relationship
between job enthusiasm (r=0.518) and spirituality (r=0.347)
with job adaptation of female teachers (p<0.01). Also, the
components of work engagement and spirituality had 22%
ability to predict job adaptation of female teachers.
Conclusion: It is necessary for managers and health
professionals to pay attention to job enthusiasm and
spirituality in order to improve the job adaptability of their
personnel.
