Designing and Validating the Model of Managerial Drivers to Promote e-Learning in the Elementary School of Hamedan City

Abstract
Purpose: The current research was conducted with the aim of
analyzing and validating the managerial drivers of promoting elearning in the elementary school of Hamedan city in order to
provide a model.
Materials and Methods: The research was conducted in terms of
the fundamental-applied goal and according to the nature of the
research, using a mixed research method (qualitative-quantitative)
with an exploratory approach. The statistical population in the
qualitative section included academic and organizational experts
(education officials) who were selected in a purposeful way and
considered as interviewees. Also, the statistical population in the
quantitative part includes all the elementary school teachers of
Hamedan city, numbering 1693 people, 395 subjects were selected
using the staged cluster sampling method. In the qualitative part,
semi-structured interviews were used, and to ensure its validity, the
valuable opinions of professors familiar with this field and experts
in higher education were used, and in the quantitative part, a
researcher-made questionnaire tool was used. Content and construct
validity were used to calculate the validity of the questionnaire, and
the findings indicated the validity of the measurement tool.
Similarly, in order to measure reliability, Cronbach's alpha
coefficient and composite reliability coefficient were used. To
analyze the data of the qualitative part, theoretical coding was used
with Maxqda software, as well as the data collected from the
quantitative part through descriptive and inferential statistics
(sample t-test, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation
modeling) and with The use of SPSS-V23 and Lisrel-V8.8 software
was analyzed.
Findings: The results showed that among the identified factors,
technology dimension, intrinsic motivation and applicability were
recognized as the main phenomenon. Also, education and learning
management factors, technology and technology management
factors, and management factors were recognized as causal
conditions or management factors affecting e-learning.
Conclusion: Finally, it can be said that this model had a good fit.
