purpose: Career growth explains the individual's career
behavior and makes the career decision process simple and
easy, so the present study was conducted with the aim of
determining the role of dynamic personality and spirituality at
work in predicting the career growth of primary school
teachers.
Materials and Methods: The research method was descriptivecorrelation (prediction). The research community included all
the teachers of the first grade of elementary school in the
second district of Isfahan in the academic year of 2021-2022,
of which 225 were selected by stratified random method. And
they answered the dynamic personality questionnaires of
Batman and Current (1993), spirituality at work Milliman et
al. (2003) and organizational career growth Wang and Shi
(2011). The data were analyzed by Pearson's correlation test
and multiple regression simultaneously with the help of SPSS
version 22 software.
Results: The results showed that the correlation between
dynamic personality (r=0.512) and spirituality at work
(r=0.542) with career growth is positive and significant
(p<0.01). Also, dynamic personality explains 26.2% and the
components of spirituality at work explain 29.6% of the
variance of career growth.
Conclusion: Managers and education practitioners should pay
special attention to the spirituality of the work environment
and dynamic personality in order to strengthen the career
growth of teachers.
