Purpose: Today, due to the extensive interactions between countries
and non-governmental organizations in the world, the importance of
these organizations has increased more than ever, and this has made
the organizations involved Government and non-government are
very dependent on each other, and to achieve their goals and
interests, they should cooperate in the form of international
organized organizations, and delegate part of their authority to these
organizations. International actors are also bound to create such
interaction, because in their foreign policies to advance their goals,
they must cooperate with these organizations so that they can
advance their powers in the direction of their interests. The
important point is that in the international arena, in order to expand
peace and humanitarian relations and avoid war, governments and
non-governmental organizations and institutions should be
connected to each other and implemented through them, because the
only practical way Making this important is the global struggle
against human rights violations, poverty, discrimination, war, etc.
Many of the goals of these organizations are in line with the
discourse of Islamic peace, because in this discourse, fighting
against war based on illegitimacy and maintaining peace and
security, and fighting against conflict and oppression is considered
a principle and basis.
Research method: In this article, the authors have evaluated the
relationship of non-governmental organizations based on the
Islamic peace discourse with analytical-descriptive method, and
then deal with the relationship of these organizations with
specialized United Nations institutions.
Conclusion: United Nations specialized agencies use the
consultation of non-governmental organizations despite certain
conditions such as (being private and non-governmental, having
jurisdiction in the territory and activities of the United Nations
specialized agency, having effective activity in several countries,
etc.).
