Purpose: The purpose of this research is to design social
security pension system development policies with a future
research approach.
Materials and methods: This research is applied in terms of
purpose. In terms of the data collection method, this research
is a qualitative type of future research using the scenario
writing method, which were identified through the metacombination method of policies, and the desired futures were
formulated through the scenario writing method. became . The
statistical population of the intended research in the metacomposite section was that by reviewing 70 articles and
interviewing 25 experts and senior experts of the Social
Security Organization in Khuzestan province, 15 people were
selected as a statistical sample using the snowball method.
Among the informants, a panel was considered to respond to
the scenario-writing questionnaire in future research and a
panel was considered to determine future strategies according
to the output scenario in quantitative and qualitative sections.
Findings: In the current study, 274 codes were identified in
the reference MAXQDA software. It should be noted that
some of the identified codes had multiple frequencies. In this
regard, taking into account the frequency, a total of 1097 codes
were extracted with frequency. Among the identified codes,
governance, social and cultural policies, global experiences of
open sitting, management, government and Webster's
institutional, economic and technical policies are among the
most important codes. had been identified. And finally, three
optimistic futures, probable futures and pessimistic futures
were created by the focus group.
Conclusion: Based on the results of the research, the policy
package that includes the main policies (mother) and
supporting policies (in three categories: hindering, enabling
and facilitating). Finally, the focus group was used to confirm
and finalize as well as modify and approve the proposed
policies. This policy package includes description of the
package, purpose, type of policy, mother policies, support
policies that hinder, support policies for feasibility, support
policies-facilitator based on the future research approach.
