Designing a Learning Transfer Model with an Organizational Creativity Approach Using Metacombination Method

Abstract
Emphasizing the role of training and empowering employees as one of the effective factors in improving the creativity of employees, considering the close and direct connection of each dimension of organizational learning with the organizational creativity of employees, which leads to the improvement of knowledge and working information of employees. One of the most important prerequisites will be to improve their performance and creativity. Therefore, the present research was conducted with the aim of designing a model of learning transfer with the approach of organizational creativity using metacombination method. In this study, a number of 4081 scientific documents were examined, and finally, 143 key studies in this field were examined using the meta-combination method. In the metasynthesis process, Sandelowski and Barroso's metasynthesis step method was used. Three main stages of coding were done to achieve the final model of this study. After identifying the components in the open and central coding stage, these components were classified again and for the last time, in the form of 4 dimensions of learning transfer with organizational creativity approach. Then, based on the findings, the model of learning transfer with organizational creativity approach with 4 dimensions and 16 components was formulated and presented schematically.
