Presenting the Organizational Coaching Style Pattern with Humanistic Approach Islamic Azad University Managers

Abstract
Purpose: One of the appropriate approaches for designing an 
organizational coaching style model is a humanistic approach. 
Therefore, the purpose of this study was presenting the 
organizational coaching style model with the humanistic approach 
for Islamic Azad University managers.
Materials and Methods: This study in terms of purpose was 
applied and in terms of implementation method was mixed 
(qualitative and quantitative). The research population in the 
qualitative section was the Persian sources from 2006 to 2019 and 
Latin sources from 1999 to 2019, which from 34 articles, 9 books 
and 2 dissertations were selected by purposive sampling method. 
The research population in the quantitative section was middle 
managers of Islamic Azad universities of Iran in 2020 years, which 
from them 100 people were selected by random staging sampling. 
The qualitative section tool was take noting and the quantitative 
section tool was research-made questionnaire. To analyze data were 
used from methods of manual coding methods by the researcher and 
for exploratory factor analysis from SPSS-23 software.
Findings: The findings of the qualitative section showed that the 
organizational coaching style with the humanistic approach had 16 
indicators in three dimensions; so the dimensions were included an 
emphasis on human relations, ethics-orientation and human 
resource development. The findings of the quantitative section 
showed that the factor load of all three dimensions was higher than 
0.90 and the factor load of each indicators was higher than 0.40. 
Also, convergent validity based on the extracted average variance 
index was confirmed and the reliability was obtained by Cronbach's 
alpha method for each of the dimensions higher than 0.80 and for 
the whole 0.941. In addition, regarded to the factor load of
dimensions and indicators the organizational coaching style model 
with the humanistic approach was drawn.
Conclusion: According to the results of this research, planning is 
necessary to improve the organizational coaching style with the 
humanistic approach for use of its effective dimensions and 
indicators.
