Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of identifying entrepreneurial opportunities in the banking industry in Sepeh Bank. The statistical population of the research included 120 Sepe Bank branch managers. Materials and methods: In this research, 92 people were selected as a sample using stratified random sampling and based on Cochran's formula. The data collection tool was a questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by faculty members and its reliability was confirmed by combined reliability method and Cronbach's alpha. Based on this, after reviewing the research literature and the statistics of the opinions of experts in the field of identifying entrepreneurial opportunities, effective factors were identified. Data analysis was done by structural equation modeling with partial least squares method and Smart PLS software. Findings: The results of the research indicate a positive and significant impact of identifying entrepreneurial opportunities in the banking industry with a coefficient of 0.59. Conclusion: Therefore, the results of this research contribute to the knowledge and awareness of managers and researchers of the banking industry in the field of concepts and categories that influence the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities in this industry.
