Purpose: The main purpose of the research is to provide a pattern of factors affecting the condition of children in orphanages covered by Tehran's welfare after the age of 18 with a data-based theory approach.
Materials and methods: The research method is applied in terms of purpose, and qualitative in terms of data type, which was carried out with the foundational data approach. The statistical population includes elites with doctorate degrees and university faculty members with at least 5 years of experience in the welfare organization and with research degrees and participation in related seminars. The sample size was 10 experts, who were selected with a purposeful method and according to the principle of theory. The data collection tool is a semi-structured interview. The theoretical coding method (open, central and selective) was used to analyze the data. After open and central coding and according to theoretical and practical bases, the relationships between identification categories are drawn and the pattern of factors affecting the condition of children in orphanages covered by welfare in Tehran after the age of 18 with the approach of data base theory, finally in 4 main axes and 11 The subcategory is drawn.
Findings: Based on the analysis conducted with the questionnaire of Strauss and Corbin (2003), it was found that this model has the necessary validity.
Conclusion: Therefore, applying and operationalizing the mentioned model can greatly help to improve the condition of children in orphanages covered by Tehran's welfare after the age of 18.
