Abstract
One of the issues that is raised in the endowment is the issue of conditionality and suspension, which is mentioned scatteredly in the jurisprudence books of scholars of the Khamsa schools, under what conditions is the endowment valid and under what conditions is it invalid? Or what conditions can be placed in the endowment and what conditions cannot be placed. But what has been discussed in this article is whether it is possible to condition the endowment with conditions or not? Can the endowment be suspended or not? that different sayings are given in each section, and then the arguments and obstacles are examined in each section, and the narrations that are given are briefly examined. The method of this descriptive research is analysis with library technique.
