Abstract
Moral education is one of the most challenging topics in today's 
world and the third millennium. On the one hand, the criticism and 
negation of all metaphysical and traditional ideas of the foundations 
of ethics has made it difficult to raise this issue for the education of 
human generations, and on the other hand, the anomalies and The 
deadly challenges of the current era of human societies have reproposed the necessity of this important issue. The purpose of this 
article was to critically analyze traditional and modern ethical 
approaches and finally present a hybrid approach for moral 
education in order to provide a practical model for Iranian secondary 
school students. In terms of method, descriptive, in terms of 
purpose, application, and in terms of the nature and type of data, this 
research is among "qualitative" research of "grounded theory" type, 
and the statistical community is experts and specialists in the field 
of education and training. "Theoretical Saturation" sampling 
method, 15 people were interviewed. What is inferred as the result 
of the interview as the result of the research, was the native theory 
in the field of practical model for the moral education of middle 
school students, which emphasized on The five sections are: "Key 
category: quality of orientation in the educational system", "Legal 
conditions: strategic management of the formal education system", 
"Suggested solutions for the design of the moral education system: 
promoting the spirit of participation and intellectual independence 
of students", "Intervening conditions: The challenges of the formal 
education system in the field of ethics, which is the category of lack 
of effectiveness of educational programs in the formal education 
system and the category of the macro structure and institutional level 
of formal education" and finally "the governing platform: 
infrastructures that include financial and human resources" on them.
