Investigating the Effect of Knowledge Management on the Development of Entrepreneurship of Graduates

Abstract
Purpose: Today, the discussion of employment and 
entrepreneurship is one of the most important issues of concern to 
all governments around the world, because the lack of employment 
in the population of a country leads to many personal and collective 
problems; These problems may be more for the educated class who 
have continued their education in the hope of getting a suitable job. 
In addition, organizations attach special importance to 
entrepreneurship in order to align with the changing needs of 
customers and the current complex environment, and consider it a 
factor of sustainability in the field of competition, and one of the 
ways to achieve this goal is to create conditions Entrepreneurship is 
for graduates .
Materials and Methods: Therefore, the present research was 
conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of knowledge 
management dimensions on the development of entrepreneurship of 
graduates. The statistical population of this research included all 
graduates of Islamic Azad University in Tehran. The research data 
collection tools were Nonaka's knowledge management 
questionnaires (1995) and Antonik and Hiserich's (2003) 
entrepreneurship development questionnaires, whose formal and 
content validity was approved by experts and reliability was 
calculated using Cronbach's alpha test greater than 0.7. In order to 
analyze the research data, SPSS21 software and multiple regression 
test were used.
Findings: the results indicated that the dimensions of knowledge 
management (knowledge creation, knowledge sharing, knowledge 
storage, and knowledge application) have a positive relationship 
with the development of entrepreneurship among graduates. And 
they have meaning .
Conclusion: The results of multiple regression also showed that the 
variables of knowledge creation, knowledge application, and 
knowledge sharing and knowledge storage can be introduced as 
predictive variables for the entrepreneurship of graduates.
