Imams vise of custom and the way of the wise is a new and 
different view and the position that he considers the intellect 
as an element in the good and bad cognition of things and 
actions puts the in tellect in the breadth of three other sources 
and emphasizes the manners of rationalism and customaryism 
and thay were also customary that is bases his customary 
attitude on the analysis of customary rules .in the school of 
imam both ideas although acting independently are not in 
opposition . the imam looks at the work of custom with a 
customary view without knowing the rule of reason in 
recognizing the truth.it considers it as a criterion until the 
custom does not lose it’s a ccuracy and does not become 
negligent. the purpose of this article is to study the new and 
independent view of imam Khomeini in mysticism and central 
reason of the evolutionary methods of the science of principles 
in imam khomeinis school.the results of the study show that 
the imams viewon the custom and manners of the wise and the 
in tellect is anew and changing perspective and each of these 
two elements is an independent guide in inferring the sharia 
rules.
