Abstract
Uncertainty of the environment and on the one hand the use of
human power in transnational borders has led to an increase in
attention to the dimensions of the damage of the system governing
labor relations. The aim of the research is the pathology of labor
relations in the work system using the three-pronged model in
medical sciences hospitals in Tehran. The current research method
is mixed (qualitative-quantitative) in terms of cross-sectional data
collection and in terms of exploratory nature, the researchers
collected data using purposeful sampling with 25 people in the
qualitative phase, using semi-structured interviews. It was done with
the human resources experts of Tehran Medical Sciences Hospitals,
and in the quantitative stage, sampling was also done using G-Power
specialized software using a simple random method of 175 people
in the expert position. The tool of data collection in the qualitative
stage was interview and in the quantitative part, questionnaire.
Interpretive validity, theoretical validity, reliability and
trustworthiness in the reliability of the qualitative phase were
confirmed by the experts, and in the quantitative phase, the
questions of the questionnaire with content validity, construct
validity and reliability were confirmed by using combined,
Cronbach and shared reliability in PLS software. Labor relations
were obtained in three sections of behavioral, contextual and
structural damages with 31 indicators. Quantitative analysis of
factor loadings was significant at the confidence level of 0.99%,
which indicated the confirmation of all identified injuries. It can be
concluded that the behavioral, contextual and structural damages in
the labor relations system in Tehran Medical Sciences Hospitals can
minimize individual conflicts between managers and employees by
using the identified indicators.
