From the perspective of Islam, supervision has an important place in individual and social affairs. Therefore, in this research, the supervision of religious sovereignty is examined from the point of view of Islamic jurisprudence and the supervision model of Islam is presented as a new supervision system. This monitoring system has certain foundations, presuppositions, evidences and features and has a new structure that is not similar in any of the current systems. Also, the system of the Islamic Republic of Iran is a religious democratic system whose legitimacy is based on the will of God. The nature of the Islamic system requires that its constitution be based on Islamic principles and based on the Qur'an and Attar, and that competent people are in charge of the administration of the government and the country, in such a way that the rulings of the Islamic Sharia apply to all the affairs of the society.
