Modeling the Structural Equations of the Excellence of Government Organizations with the Islamic Approach based on the Statement of the Second Step of the Revolution

Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this research was to model the structural equations of the excellence of government organizations with an Islamic approach based on the statement of the second step of the revolution.
Materials and methods: The present research is one of the applied researches in terms of purpose, and it is descriptive and survey in terms of data collection. The statistical population of managers, experts and senior employees of organizations and government bodies of Arak city was 90 people, and 73 people were selected randomly from this statistical population. The measurement tool in the quantitative part was the researcher's questionnaire based on the research literature, which Cronbach's alpha and the average variance extracted for all components were higher than 0.7 and 0.5, respectively, and the combined reliability value was also greater than the average variance extracted and in All cases were greater than the threshold of 0.7, which indicates the confirmation of reliability and convergent validity. In the quantitative part, the components of the research were quantified using the structural equation modeling technique.
Findings: The results of the research hypotheses showed that the direct and meaningful influence of the organization's environmental conditions and organizational and implicit factors on the transcendental and Islamic organizational system was confirmed. The direct impact of the sublime and Islamic organizational system on Islamic and ethical processes was confirmed. The direct and significant influence of organizational and implicit factors on Islamic and ethical processes was confirmed. The direct and significant influence of Islamic and ethical processes on organizational and social results was confirmed. The moderating effect of human resource strategies on the relationship between Islamic and transcendental organizational system and Islamic and ethical processes was confirmed.
Conclusion: Also, based on the obtained results, the moderating effect of human resource strategies on Islamic and ethical processes was confirmed with organizational and social results.
