The sampling method of the present study was a multi-stage cluster that was selected using Krejcie and Morgan (1987) table of a sample of 460 people. In the present study, the Stanford Self-Hypnosis Scale Questionnaire (1), the Big Five Personality Factors Questionnaire, the Test Anxiety Scale, and the Anxiety Inventory were used to measure the dependent variables of the study.<br /><strong>Findings</strong>: The results of stepwise regression analysis of anxiety based on self-hypnosis and five major personality factors showed that six models of extraversion, acceptance, adjustment, conscientiousness, neuroticism and self-hypnosis together accounted for 43% of girls and 28% of boys with anxiety variance. they do.<br /><strong>Conclusion</strong>: Therefore, self-hypnosis is predicted through five major personality factors with anxiety and test anxiety in Iranian entrance exam candidates. <strong>هدف: </strong>پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش بینی رابطه خود هیپنو‌تیزمی و پنج عامل بزرگ شخصیت با اضطراب در  داوطلبان  متقاضی کنکور ایران انجام شد.<br /><strong>مواد و روش ها: </strong>جامعه پژوهش حاضر کلیه داوطلبین رشته‌های ریاضی و تجربی متقاضی کنکور ایران در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 بود. روش نمونه گیری پژوهش حاضر خوشه ای چند مرحله ی استفاده شد که با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان(1987)  نمونه ای به حجم 460 نفر انتخاب شدند. در پژوهش حاضر جهت سنجش متغیر های وابسته پژوهش از پرسش نامه مقیاس  خود هیپنوتیزم‌پذیری استنفورد (1)،  پرسشنامه پنج عامل بزرگ شخصیت، مقیاس اضطراب امتحان و  پرسشنامه اضطراب استفاده شد.<br /><strong>یافته ها: </strong>نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون گام به گام اضطراب بر اساس خود هیپنوتیزم‌پذیری و پنج عامل بزرگ شخصیت نشان داد که شش مدل برون‌گرایی ،پذیرش  ، سازگاری ، وظیفه‌شناسی، روان‌رنجورخویی وخود هیپنوتیزمی روی هم 43 % در دختران و  28 %  در پسران  واریانس اضطراب را  تبیین می کنند.<br /><strong>نتیجه گیری: </strong>از این رو از طریق خود هیپنو‌تیزمی از طریق پنج عامل بزرگ شخصیت با اضطراب و اضطراب امتحان در  داوطلبان  متقاضی کنکور ایران پیش بینی می شود. https://www.islamiilife.com/article_189247_10919501359a0f1c986d8da800d6e8b2.pdf
