Journal Article 2024 01 20 Health is one of the most basic needs of all human beings. The main function of the health system of any country is to provide services in this field. The reform of the health system in different countries has faced different experiences and at the same time with common goals, and in Iran we can mention some experiences, such as the establishment of health networks in the country. The beginning of the health system transformation plan in early 2014 is one of the programs that in this short period of time was seriously considered as a priority in the programs of the Ministry of Health and Medical Education. The purpose of writing this article is to analyze the health transformation plan and its consequences and effects. The main problem facing the Iranian health system was the high cost of medicine and the lack of equal access to health services, which led to the introduction of the health system transformation plan. In Iran, the Health Transformation Plan, along with important consequences such as reducing treatment costs, improving access to health services, eliminating the underdog, improving the level of health and increasing the relative satisfaction of the community that followed, has faced various challenges. سلامت یکی از اساسی‌ترین نیازهای همه انسان‌هاست. اصلی‌ترین کارکرد نظام سلامت هر کشوری، ارائه خدمات این حوزه است. اصلاح نظام سلامت در کشور‌ها با تجربه‌های متفاوت و در عین حال با اهداف مشترک روبرو بوده است و در ایران نیز می‌توان به بعضی از تجربه‌ها اشاره کرد که راه اندازی شبکه‌های بهداشت و درمان کشور از جمله آنهاست. شروع طرح تحول نظام سلامت از اوایل سال 1393 از جمله برنامه‌هایی است که در این مدت کوتاه به صورت جدی به عنوان یک اولویت در برنامه‌های وزارت بهداشت درمان و آموزش پزشکی در برنامه‌های آن وزارت قرار گرفت. هدف نگارش این مقاله، تحلیل طرح تحول سلامت و پیامدها و آثار آن است. مسأله اصلی پیش روی نظام سلامت ایران هزینه‌های بالای پزشکی و عدم دسترسی یکسان به خدمات سلامت بود، که این امر منجر به مطرح شدن طرح تحول نظام سلامت گردید. در ایران، طرح تحول سلامت، در کنار پیامدهای مهمی مانند کاهش هزینه‌های درمان، بهبود دسترسی به خدمات سلامت، حذف زیرمیزی، ارتقای سطح سلامت و افزایش رضایت نسبی جامعه که به دنبال داشت، با چالش‌های مختلفی روبرو گردیده است. https://www.islamiilife.com/article_188000_f63a106988d5da74102ee792e7162fca.pdf
