Given the<br />breadth of the discussion on endowments and endowment property,<br />a series of conditions along the way, this is a God-pleasing act that<br />creates themes such as endowment conditions, endowment property<br />conditions, buying and selling endowment property and other items<br />in this regard. The study examines the prosperity of the endowment<br />in the direction of educational and religious affairs from the<br />perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith. Undoubtedly, familiarity with<br />the benefits and advantages of endowment leads many people to this<br />good spring, which is one of the main goals of this article.<br />Endowments in various fields bring pleasure to God Almighty. It<br />causes blessings in this world and increases the baggage of the<br />Hereafter. Undoubtedly, the endowment of property for the use of<br />institutions, scientific centers and seminaries has a significant role<br />and impact in the promotion of educational affairs and religious<br />sciences. On the other hand, the prosperity of the endowment can be<br />fruitful in reducing poverty and promoting the health of society and<br />the Islamic lifestyle of individuals. The research method was<br />descriptive and the research data collection method was library and<br />taking notes and statistics were the most important related topics. یکی از مهمترین مسائلی که در اسلام به آن بسیار تاکید شده، موضوع وقف اموال مسلمین بوده که ثمرات دنیوی و اخروی بسیاری برای آن برشمرده شده. با توجه به گستردگی بحث وقف و اموال موقوفه، سلسله شرایطی در راه، این عمل خداپسندانه مطرح بوده که مضامینی نظیر شرایط واقف، شرایط اموال موقوفه، خرید و فروش مال وقف و سایر موارد در این رابطه را بوجود میآورد، به همین منظور، این پژوهش به بررسی رونق وقف در جهت امور تربیتی و دینی از منظر قرآن و حدیث میپردازد بدان ضرورت که نقش تاثیرگذار وقف مورد غفلت واقع شده و نسبت به گذشته کمتر به این امر خطیر اهتمام می شود. بی شک آشنایی با مزایا و محاسن وقف افراد بسیاری را به این چشمه حسنه سوق میدهدکه این امر یکی از اهداف اصلی این نوشتاراست. موقوفات در زمینه های مختلف موجب خشنودی خداوند متعال میگردد. باعث برکت در مال دنیا و فزونی توشه آخرت میشود. بی تردید وقف اموال در جهت مصارف مؤسسات و مراکزعلمی و حوزه های علمیه نقش وتاثیر بسزایی در ارتقای امور تربیتی و علوم دینی میگردد. از طرفی رونق وقف می تواند در کاهش فقر و ارتقای سلامت جامعه و سبک زندگی اسلامی افراد مثمر ثمر واقع شود. روش انجام پژوهش، توصیفی و روش گردآوری اطلاعات تحقیق به صورت کتابخانه ای و فیش برداری و آماری از اهم مطالب مرتبط بوده است. https://www.islamiilife.com/article_187754_4cc65e6e64cefedeaa332c0ed1a0f818.pdf
